 When I agree it means it is TRUE. So both opinions are true as facts. But what I think is that we dont really need him but I think it is true he is one hell of a player and can play different positions.:thumb:

Some kids just want to get away from home when they go to college. We've seen it before. With New Orleans the mess that it is and his home gone, I could see that he might just like to get away from it all.

I am not from this state. But I have noticed that there are some residents who would never want to leave the state, whereas there are some who want to see and explore the rest of the country. Yet, there are a lot who want to return to this great state after having been away. I think that is good. Despite the bad image this state had, I think this state has a lot of decent and talented peope, no less than any other state.:thumb:

McKnight is one kid that I could accept going to USC or out of state. Except if he were to go to Bama. After hearing his life story at the AA game I can see why he would want to leave the state. He has had a very difficult life and has excelled, maybe a change of scenery would give him much more perspective on life in general. Im still pretty confident though that he will be a Tiger.

    Why the resignation?

It's far from over for Joe. This weekend definitely upped the ante but your coach has an in-home this week if I'm not mistaken. That's a huge opportunity to get one of the last if not THE last shot.

I sat a few rows in front of the entourage at the basketball game last night and they were having fun and very much consumed with their personal communication devices. McKnight has built some close friendships with the other recruits and I know that Everson Griffen came in on his own dime to help convince him to be a Trojan. He was hosted by Allen Bradford who is an interesting choice. AB got moved to several different spots this last season including fullback and yet he still toutes the compete to play approach. AB is quiet and similar in personality to Joe so a good match there.

McKnight is a game breaker ANY time he touches the ball and there isn't a program in the country that wouldn't want him. Is he the ONLY recruit to get? No but remember when Matt Leinart, Reggie Bush, and LenDale White left SC, so did 90% of our offense. Key players can help win championships.

Don't expect PC to quit giving Louisiana his attention anytime soon. We wanted Williams badly and now it's Joe. Think of it this way, PC's new best friend on campus is Tim Floyd, a Louisiana native with an understanding of how to recruit the area. And if Joe doesn't come to SC, there's no place I'd rather see him play than at LSU.

I don't understand why a 5 star recruit would want to go to SC, and play for Pete Carroll. It seems PC is going to leave anyways pretty soon, and his affair with a USC Song girl will only hasten his departure.
