Lb's typically mature late. Once they stop thinking, you can see the speed and athletisim. Certainly a position that needs reps reps and more reps. More-so than others I think. They tend to be reactionary and its a hard transition to learn to just "be in the right spot" regardless of where the ball is.
Whatever happens the rest of the way, getting Campbell, Jones, Bordelon, and West in is huge. OL was absolutely critical to get in this class, and that's a good group.
True, my kid played LB this year, he got an int in his last game of the season and went to the sidelines and got chewed out because his drop was shit. They were like, good job on the pic but you were in the wrong fucking place
I actually had the same thing happen to me when I made an interception in the superdome in my younger days. Coach met me at the hash mark and followed me all the way to the bench. My reply was simple "Yes sir."
Didn't lose anyone committed, picked up a couple commits, but no big surprises. In a decent position for the rest of the recruiting cycle.
Well I guess it could have been worse. Transfer portal gonna be crucial I expect. Hope the new guy has some aces up his sleeve.
