Hey tiger fans, this is a husker fan from lincoln. Up here it seems that a lot of you guys have a grudge against Bo, whereas he has done nothing but inspire our entire state. Just wonder why all the hostility. By the way beat the *#(% out of the buckeyes, they never should have been up there.
There is no hostility. There are a lot of Tiger fans who do not agree with his "bend don't break" non-aggressive style of Defense. Its not blind hostility, and its nothing personal. Here at LSU we are used to an aggressive, blitzing defense, and while Pelini's defenses have been solid, they are missing that edginess we are used to.
you may want to cite exactly what hostility you are referring. from everything I've read people are happy what Bo has given us for 3 years yet are ready for an upgrade if we can improve. most prefer a more attacking style defense over so much zone read and react. fair criticism when andre' woodson picks you apart an entire game without making adjustments.
Many of our newspaper articles up here in Lincoln have many references stating LSU fans displeasure with Bo, although I believe for the most part he has proven to be a very experienced DC, I hope that transfers over as a HC. If somebody knows how to create a link I will be able to post it.
I'm one who has been very happy with him and wish him success in the future, unless, he is coaching against LSU. :grin: :grin: :grin:
yeah right, I don't want herbstreit anywhere near this state. I think we probably hate him as much as you guys do. I can't wait to hear him once the Buckeyes get beat by 50 some odd points.
