Damn, it's just been way too long....We were headed over in ten days for grand daughter's college graduation but.....I heard they were getting cheap. Son said he got some for $1.00 a pound last week and crabs for $9.99 a dozen.
Not sure about the crabs, but for good size crawfish (right before Easter), they were $1.99 for select
Guess what? A local restaurant is serving boiled crawfish. I heard from an LA buddy they were not good and $8.99 a pound. They had a $5.00 a pound special today. I couldn't resist, bought 6 pounds.. Well they were big and fat but hard to peel and they weren't cleaned properly, not spicy at all. More black than red. My wife said if this was in LA or Miss. they would have thrown them out, cussed at the restaurant manager and chef and blacklisted the place. She could only stomach to eat about a pound and a half of her own hand selected ones. I got to eat the rest. Not pretty but they were the best damn crawfish I've had in three years. Yes, they were the only crawfish I've had in 3 years.
Pulled pork over french fries with slaw and some nacho cheese mixed in. Sounds like hell, but it is a delicacy both my son and I crave. Helps that the smoked pulled pork is amazing

That's pretty deep and I don't have the answers. Could be he killed himself over the devil worshiper and I suppose that's true because she said shit and now lives the charmed life. We'll never know why, but it will be one of the great questions.
