Lisa is already living in Covington and the kids went this weekend to spend w/ her. I was faced w/ the prospect of Easter lunch by myself. Some of my dear friends here, knowing of my bachelorhood, invited me to spend Easter w/ them. I was treated to Lamb, ham, asparagus, scalloped potatoes, a heavenly salad, and lemon tart for desert. Copious amounts of nice wines complemented everything. Today was my first ever Easter w/o family, but it was delightful none-the-less!
I bought my nephew a chocolate bunny that was as tall as he is. I thought about shipping you one, too. I'm still eating healthy choice meals
