Comfort food for a gloomy day.

Spaghetti and meatballs, grilled whole green beans. Crabcake salad. Smoked brisket on bun or French bread.

If it wasn't bad enough already that I didn't have my typical peanut butter sandwich and orange because I went to Country Burger for an off-campus "English planning" meeting, the administration brought around a huge cart of brownie sundaes to celebrate Easter. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gotta hit the gym hard tonight and skip dinner.

For lunch? Da-yumn man, that was my birthday, and I guarantee I didn't eat that well!

I did have spaghetti today, though.

Those were my lunch specials at the cafe. That day I ate the spaghetti.

I hardly eat anything for dinner so I usually plate up one of my lunch specials and eat when I get hame around 3:00pm. Today was a Crabcake salad with a remalaude dressing. It sounds great but, after cooking since 5:00 am I really have not much appetite and don't enjoy smelling and eating food as much as others do. I also don't watch the food channel or Hell's kitchen on network TV because food is the last thing I'm interested in after a hard day's work.

I guess it could be worse. I'm glad I'm not an OBGYN.....

gross. However, I guess you are doing your part conserving energy by not cooking it!

you know, you can get sushi rolls with the fish cooked. tho that seems strange to me.

and i am conserving energy by using a tankless hot water heater. :hihi:
