What will it take to get a great replacement for Miles?

    there is no viable name coming here that is going to be proven. so we have to take a chance and pray.
    gotta put ourselves out there but everyone is scared with good reason due to the idiot board in charge.

    but its better than staying stagnant. the last of the miles backers are still sorta hanging on til gruden walks through the door. but thats not how it works. you gotta throw a dart and pray it comes up a bullseye. theres no magical formula because its timing, fit, culture and all that subjective stuff no one has a formula for.


    more than we have now. someone with half a brain at least.

    Like he needs the money. If he wanted to be a coach and took the same approach he did to his developement as a player from high school through his pro career he would be a great coach. But is that what he wants to do? And if he did would a Manning work for LSU?

    He does have LA ties, but I was just being facetious. Like I said early, I'd be happy with a David Shaw hire.
