The bolded portions are an utter load of horseshit. Thanks for penciling in more losses for our team. And GTFO here with that "overcoming his limitations" nonsense.

Miles is far from perfect--so is is every coach (and person) on earth.

Need more facts? Great, I'm bored and between sets. Miles has more players in the NFL than any other coach, yet the WL and championship record doesn't reflect it. LSU under Miles compares more favorably to Miami than Alabama.

He influences the play calling, that is for sure.

I would agree with that because I think it's his playbook. So Cam calls plays that were designed and approved by Les Miles.

The only innovation Les Miles has ever come up with are trick kicks. We should just line up for field goals every play, then we would have an innovative offense.

    1. I knew this was in the realm of possibilities. I thought we deserved to be ranked #1, but every team has weaknesses that can be exploited when a team like Alabama has two weeks to prepare and their own preparation sucks.
    2. I think in 2012, he assumed our defense had one more stop in it. In 2014, we had the personal foul thing, and Les doesn't run out there and do kickoffs, so I don't blame him for that either. That's not a situation where he's over there scared of Saban. I file those two under "shit happens". This was the only one since the NCG where we had no apparent game plan to answer anything they did other than "if they stop Fournette early, throw downfield. It just worked a little better here in the second quarter than it did with JJ.
    3. No disagreement there. The only thing I question is whether he's being allowed to use quality players we've used on special teams in the past.
    4. I don't agree. If you told me we complete 6 passes and all the running backs combined gain 54, I would have thought we would have given up 50. If we control the ball and win the time of possession, I think our defense does fine.
    5. See #2
    6. See #2, #3, and #4
    7. I don't even think he's a good QB coach at the college level. He's good when he gets a QB who's already pretty mature like Mett, but that's about it.
