That's completely true. I was that girl, lived and died by each and every game. My dad being a coach was a family-wide commitment. One of the reasons I defend Miles (maybe even when I shouldn't) is because I know the heart that coaches put into the game, that they hate to lose worse than anyone else, and I passionately defended my dad to any and all detractors, young or old (didn't matter.)
I've never questioned Miles "heart" .... it's his brain that concerns me. After 4 ... now 5 embarrasing losses to the same team, you'd "think" that he'd run an offensive scheme that would target the defenses weaknesses .... at least mix it up a little. Obviously, Miles doesn't "feel" that way.
