I mean, the guy was a force at LSU. A top 3 best all-time LSU CB. He started 10 games last year and had 41 tackles, a sack, an INT and 11 pass deflections, but I guess he was getting burned? He's played in 10 games this year with 2 stars and 10 tackles. I thought he would be a pretty good CB in the NFL.:huh:
It really started his senior year at LSU. Personally, I think he was rated a little bit too high because of his picks early in his career. He has had to work a bit harder for those in the NFL, and quite frankly doesn't have the talent to do it consistently.
Webster played a lot os a rookie too. Its sad to see him fall by the way side. I suspect he will get cut loose by the Giants in the off season or during next training camp. On a happy note, anyone see Marcus Spears yesterday in the Cowboys game? He is looking MUCH, MUCH better. I know he's had some injuries and maybe he's healthy now but he looked really good. Also, who is that guy from Auburn playing for the Cowboys, Ratliff? I dont remember him at Auburn but damn he looked good yesterday.
