Saturday has come and gone, and we are 1-0, however ugly it looked. We defeated a team ranked higher than us, and a team that was rank hire than both LSU and UNC (Pitt) got beat as well. Boise St. (#3) and Virginia Tech (#10) play tonight. That means three people ahead of us will get beat. What's everyone's opinion on what our new rank should be? I see 18 or 19. Does anyone think it should be significantly better, or do any negatigers wish we would lose spots so that Miles could be fired?
my guess is we'll stay roughly where we are. the 3 teams ahead of us that lost are too high for us to catch.
Well, UT, UF, OU played just as bad as us vs equal or less talent, depending on which tiger fans you talk to. I dont expect them to move to much. I say LSU up 1 at 20...
Well, we certainly don't deserve to move up all that much. Maybe one spot (drop UNC down below LSU - add some salt to the wound...).
If we moved up but were still behind them, that would be some real good fodder for the forum. I think I would break whatever electronic device delivered that message
Bold = Read My Thoughts!!! I say we stick around 19....we havent earned any respect from anybody......too many mistakes down the stretch to move this team up.....but I like it that way, we fly under the radar, knock off some good football teams, I say we snag one in the swamp this year.
Well, considering how close they came to beating LSU with most of their defense watching the game on television....I'd tip my hat to the Tarheels and keep my mouth shut, personally! But I smell what you're cookin'...it'd be chum in the water for many LSU fans, and not just on this board. I can't even imagine what TigerDroppings must be like right now. Probably something like this...
