Several of the questions were poorly phrased making it difficult to answer them. For example, is abortion murder? Murder is a legal term that calls for legal sanctions. So, under the law abortion is not murder. However, I suspect what the questioneer meant was, does abortion result in the killing of a human being. To that I would answer yes.

You don't "make up" grounds for impeachment. Granted, the grounds of "high crimes and misdemeanors" are vague, but based on past experience I think grounds for impeachment would be the commission of any felony, flagrant disregard for constitutional law to such a degree that the rights and security of Americans are put at significant risk, or a significant and consistent disregard for the duties and responsibilities of the office. Just my opinion.

i think all of those arguments can be made. and not just barely. those arguments can be made with serious force. what obama is doing is a serious threat to the country. his taking of tax money to give away to big corporations for bailouts alone is enough for impeachment, easily. that money belongs to the people.

(please dont give me the "bush did that too" argument. i am not talking about bush, who is also ****ing terrible)

I'm not smart enough to figure out the financial schemes they have working right now but I would be suprised if allowing the FED to buy the Treasury's debt is 100% legal. But, I admit I am on shaky ground there....not my subject but sure smells fishy.

again, i wouldnt be opposed to a little lying to get the job done here.

yunno how like if your wife shot a burglar, you would happily lie about the circumstances in court so your wife would avoid jail time? you are a strict utilitarian and you are judging the morality by the greater good, and not doing what is strictly just and honest? that would be fine. a little lying in congress would be a small price to pay if we could oust obama and get a a small govt guy in there. of course the reality is that obama would be replaced with someone terribe so my scenario is pointless. but it would work if we stood to replace him somehow with thomas jefferson.
