This is the ultimate letdown game. I personally think it will be a typical LSU-Arkansas game. Down to the wire, but I don't have a good feeling about it. Thoughts??
I feel like LSU will be ready, but I hear it's going to be cold, possibly snowing. Should be a close game, I'll pick LSU to win. Unless welter is our mlb.
The same team that has been playing since post Auburn. A very solid defense that will limit Arkansas possessions, snaps, time on the clock, and filed position. A very bland offense. 3-4 running backs getting 75% of the offensive plays. A QB who throws for the remaining 25% and completes less than 50% with at least 1 interception. LSU probably wins late and with probably less than 20 points. There is no reason to think differently one way or the other.
I agree. I can see where it might be tough to get motivated. I think the game will be an excellent test of our player leadership.
If the field/weather conditions are as predicted, 31 might be better choice at mlb. I say this even though I think 52 is overall, the better of the two.
I wonder how the defense will hold up for 4 quarters against an offense so similar to ours. I'm hoping that facing this type of offense in practice all season will be to our advantage.
Great point. What has happened to all the good white linebackers and secondary personel in the SEC? I know that Mississippi State has a pretty good linebacker. What has happened to the players like David Pollack and Craig Steltz
