    and why is that genius? because alcohol is controlled, sold, and regulated by the states and feds. you wanna get kids off drugs, make it to where the people selling it card you instead of live next door. The black market is the only reason kids can get their hands on it, which was created by making it all illegal.

    you are arguing against a premise that isnt true. both alcohol and drugs are easy for almost anyone to get. we all drank underage and we could have done drugs if we wanted.

    even sabanfan seems to concede that legality is not an issue. i dunno why we are still discussing this, i dunno why drugs are still illegal.

    this violence in mexico is getting out of control. i mean crazy. vidos of mexicans cutting off each others head with chainsaws are appearing online. these guys are battling over the prime drug routes into the US. we really, really, really need to legalize drugs. its a HUGE HUGE issue.

    legalize weed and you'll drop the price of it. look at prohibition, mfers killed each other over alcohol till it was legalized. and it brings in billions in tax revenue.

    All drugs should be legal, regulated, and taxed like alcohol.

    Let companies decided what is acceptable for employee use.
