LSU getting into the MNC is obviously my first choice but baring that what scenario creates the worse PR situation for the BS?

    1. TCU and Boise both undefeated and but still don't get in
    2. TCU or Boise make it into the CG and get leveled
    3. TCU vs Boise and no one goes and ratings down
    4. A non conference champion makes it in

What other possibilities are there to really piss people off? Personally I'd like to see #1 or #4.

I think TCU and or Boise just making the national championship makes this whole system a complete sham and a waste of time, and the SEC should try to add Texas and Oklahoma, Miami and Florida State, and just simply defect and create their own major championship.

Money talks, and if the bowls lose money as a result of any scenario, then we could see a change in the way the NC is decided.

    Worst Case Scenario:

Auburn and Oregon both drop a game but win their conferences.

TCU and Boise State get voted #1 and #2 in both polls.

BCSNCG: #1 TCU vs #2 Boise State

That would be the worst case scenario for this year. But what about the long run?
I think if TCU and BOISE play for the national championship then there will be an outcry from many, many people and it could change the system and create a playoff, which is what I would like to see.

The whole system is already a sham...the d-1 college football system has been a political sham since day one... championships are supposed to be settled on the feild..not by a bunch of biased fans, biased media, biased computers and biased coaches..and if you think there is no bias in the selection process, you need to wake up...how do we know that Boise St. or TCU couldnt handle a so-called elite conference schedule...we dont know for sure....is a one or two lost SEC team better than an undefeated pac 10 team...we dont know...

folks, the only way you can get those questions answered is by a legit playoff system...

Worst case scenario is that Auburn is in the title game, but Newton is ineligible after they are already in it. He doesn't play, and everyone's asleep by halftime.

They play TCU and Auburn still manages to win the game without Cam by a score of 10-9.

Boise St. vs TCU in the mother (something) of all NC games. The best one loss teams (LSU being the highest ranked) Are outraged along with the other more deserving teams.

After the contest ESPN confesses only 12 people outside of Idaho and Texas actually saw the game. The BCS system is finally irreparably harmed and we get an 8 team playoff with future possibilities of extending to 16.

    Thank you LSU.

I know I'm off topic but what would be the most competitive ,entertaining game. I know everyone will say lsu so
    lsu vs______
    _____vs_____
    my vote is
lsu vs boisie state. Would want to see lsu's d make a statement
Oregon vs Wisconsin in an offensive fireworks show.
Wouldn't want to see au at all. Classless and doesn't represent sec well to nation. Good team but dirty. If they are in nc game I will not watch them.
