thats pretty much my reasoning for saying florida. i wish both teams would fall into a giant sinkhole, but since thats not gonna happen, i have to hold my nose and say go gators. i just think that when it comes down to head to head recruiting, while its not gonna help to have either team win, the least damage is done if its florida.
Unless Bama wins it. I don't think we understand the enormity of Nick Saban winning a NC at Bama in only his 2nd year. We cannot wish for this to happen. Remove the thought from your mind. Florida needs to blow them out, reduce them to just a "solid" team and nothing more, which is what they are. Bama will struggle next season with a raw QB. Things will return to normal. Life will go on for LSU fans. Happily.

its not going to happen. That offense cannot score enough points to hang with florida. That being said, if i am wrong, and bama just comes out and shuts down florida, then i like their chances against an Oklahoma. I just dont see it happening. Stop the run against bama, and force JPW to beat you, with a team like Florida i just cant see it happening.
From watching OU and TX, I don't believe either Bama or the Gayters could beat either one of them. That being the case I figure its better for Fl to win the SECCG, and then lose the BCSNCG. Still would be a strong showing by the SEC in the BCS bowls. Then we go kick both of thier azzes next year...:thumb:
Florida has averaged 52 ppg since the Ole Miss game. They can keep up with anyone's offense. Their defense is what sets them apart from the Big 12 teams. Florida is clearly the best team in the country.
In the fans minds Florida has cemented themselves a top program. Bama is working their way there but nationally they aren't on that level yet. It would not be good for us if recruits start seeing Bama as a team like Florida. And just because I can I thought I would post this. Homework for the class - somebody tell me what this is.
