Have 1 RC in left and 2 in right done since 2005. Add in bicep tendon on right side too that hurt 10x worse than RC. One rehab motion that helped me was in a pool, water up to shoulders and move arms left/right with water as resistance. I scar up bad and fast, wish I would have done earlier. 1st op took 10 months, second one 22, with a 2nd op to release frozen shoulder. Had to pass FAA physical so more hoops to jump through than many. Blue Stop lotion at Sam’s, Salonpas rollon w lidocaine, ice were life savers. All the drugs, not so much.
