    Nutria what did you have done if you don’t mind me asking? I got an MRI last month and Dr. said I’ll need surgery for torn labrum and Rotator Cuff. Wondering about recovery and what not…

    Make something up, like Rex does
    Had that done in '08, pretty routine, went in with a scope and cleaned it up. Didn't hurt too bad, was in a sling for a while. Best advice I can give you is take your PT seriously. It sucks, it hurts, its a pain in the ass but do it and do it right. Your range of motion will depend on it.
