This team reminds me alot of the 07 team, they do play with a lot of heart, and anyone out there who was calling out Charles Scott, he may have had a rough start, but that guy never stops moving his legs. This team has heart, and they are fighters.

Jordan Jefferson is effiecent, but he has to make decisions quicker and not hold on to the ball so long, he needs to start throwing it away if he is not comfortable with what he sees. We had the ball inside the 20 3 times and came away with six points in the first half. We have to be able to put the ball in the endzone.

I thought our Offensive line stepped up big time, Georgia has a good D line, and i thought they ran the ball well except on 3 or 4th and short in the first half, but they gave JJ plenty of time to get rid of the football.

Terrance Tolliver stepped it up, and Randle had some big grabs, as did Lafell. Charles Scott refused to stop running and he has to get the game ball.

The defense played a good game, they gave up 2 scores, but for the most part they shut the run down, but still gave up the occasional big play on blown assignments. I have been critical of the Stone Mountian boys Riley and Sheppard, but those 2 stepped it up today and had great games.

Josh Jasper had a good game, and our special teams played a great game.

What we did in the first half controlling the clock, and the game, with long drives, is what we are going to have to do against Florida, we have to keep them off the field as much as possible. We got away from that in the 2nd half, and had a lot of 3 and outs, which we need to limit, the defense was tired in the 4th quarter and thats where that last Georgia touchdown came from.

This team still has a lot of work to do on offense to get better, but we are right there yall, we are really, really close. Kudos to this team for fighting and never giving up. Great win in a tough environment, against a top 15 team in the SEC on the road. We can and will beat Florida if we control the clock, dont commit stupid penalties, and can put the ball in the endzone when we have it in the red zone.

Oh and ESPN is going to try and say that we were aided by the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on AJ Green, but they called it on us also, we were able to capitalize. But you wont hear them say that. This team DESERVES to be the number 4 team in the country.

    GEAUX TIGERS!
