Lets face it the SEC is in a VERY down year as the SEC's normal powerhouses are below average.
Tennessee just lost to Wyoming. AT HOME. Now i know we are all in the dumps about LSU but at least they are still a pretty good team with some issues at QB and beat who they should and lost to teams a bit better at a few skill positions.
But the SEC was wide open this year, aside from Florida and Alabama and a decent UGA team the SEC was on a silver platter this year.
Florida and Bama are clearly the best teams in in overall pretty down SEC conference.

But honestly is it really that bad in Tigerland when you compare the Tennessee, Auburn and Clemsons of the world ?

    Both have QB issues.

    Both have coaching issues.

That pretty much sums up the reason for a bad year.

I don't know how the Bama/Auburn game will play out, but you guys were the best we have faced so far. If you had an experienced QB, we might well be 9-1. This year Georgia and Tennessee are not worth comparing to you guys.

Yes, I recorded and watched that game after it was over. The Tide played a great 1st half against Georgia, but didn't show up for most of the 2d half. Had they done that last week you would have killed us!!!

we played y'all better than UGA did, but after seeing our game against them (I was there) it's kinda tough to say we're better than them.

You could be right, but I was at both games and I never felt uncomfortable in Athens, but I certainly wasn't relaxed last Saturday until Johnson intercepted the pass in OT....and even then it wasn't a sure win until the TD in OT was signaled!!!! I was also in Knoxville for that game and that one was over pretty quickly. Tennessee will be back but they seem to have huge problems right now.

By the way, I like your signature at the end of your posts.......can't imagine why. LOL
