This bowl game is more a reward for players who had to endure a crappy season for reasons beyond their control. Yeah ' you play to win the game ' and playing vs Heisman winner will give defense some juice but this isn't some litmus test for Bebe's future or quality of the hire. I guess what I should have said for you is Due to the fact that A&M was playing terrible football in the last month of the regular season, the game against them should not be considered a huge win. Also, by your logic of Kaplan could beat Bama, because I said Kaplan could beat A&M who scored on Bama, then shouldn't LSU who beat A&M been able to score on Bama.
