BEST: We've got some very, very high quality players already enrolled. And there are at least 3 in this class who have a shot at making an impact next season. LEAST: Would've liked another WR and RB. Lagniappe: The stage is set for Reed and Seastrunk next year. Honestly, neither Bell or Sentimore bug me. SEC West is going to be tough, tough, tough for awhile if Ole Miss and Arky keep recruiting well. But one class doesn't make a team, so they'll need to be consistent. Overall - I'm STOKED! You?
I am pumped and can't wait to get started on the next class. Well maybe I will take a few days off.
Best: Craig Loston, dude is a monster and i cant wait to see him blow people up. Least: Deangelo Benton, enough said.
Instant playmakers on offense. Should make our QB's life a lot easier. Adding quality depth at other positions is nice too.
We have great depth at the WR position and only expected to take one of 2 this year early on before a ton of good WR showed interest. We got 2 with Calhoun or Claiborne. We have some good WR we are after next year as well and this gives us a better shot at the top guys like Reed. Personally, I wanted another FB for depth concerns and so we don't have to ponder moving someone out of position to help out at the spot if needed. I really liked what we got at the Dline the most but LB is close. Our front 7 should be great for a long time.
This had to be one of the craziest recruiting seasons ever. Ups, downs, ups, etc. In the end we have a great class. I think people get caught up in the sunshine pumping but nobody should be disappointed with the players we signed. Lotson is my best. Least...hold comments on this for a couple days.
Best: Loston - I can't wait to see this guy dropping people. If he has no mercy on his family/future teammate, imagine what he will do to a rival. Least: The feeling like we sold out to get Randle. I'm sure that feeling will fade quickly. Not anything against our LB corp, but its amazing that high profile LBs are barely giving us a look;they would rather wait in line at USC or Florida behind studs. Baker and Minter will be a force soon enough.
im gonna go with restocking the entire defensive front along with the surprise pick-up at DE. LSU keeps filling the coffers on the defensive line and thats where you control the game. hence, the lack of success there last year (Ill blame the coaches). bingo. you just dont do that, ladies.
