What do you guys think about the GA-FL game?

I won't make a prediction as to the score, but I will say I think that Florida will win this one fairly easily. Should be a good one to watch though.

 

It's not that our defense isn't good. It's the fact that Richt likes to let the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th string play when we get ahead. Richt was letting everybody play against LSU. Our first touchdown was ran in by a guy I didn't even know was on our team. And after watching the Florida-Kentucky game, I wasn't impressed by FL. Kentucky just flat out sucked. To allow 2 blocked punts and a blocked FG... That's just laziness. Florida's special teams scored more points than there offense did. And Urban Meyer left his first string in the game until it was 41-0. I think it is going to be a very close game this weekend. Whoever win's won't win by more than 3

 

Florida is the better team and should win easily.

 

Red, in his defense, they were 4th stringers at the beginning of the year. They've had a lot of injuries.

 

Florida will win convincingly. I'm pulling for them to be in the championship game, so if by some chance and a miracle we make it there, we can maybe avenge ourselves. If not, I hope Florida embarrasses Alabama and we see Saban more red than he's ever been.

 

I agree with calling BS on Richt playing everyone. That could've cost him the game had we not be so inept in a number of phases of the game.

As for my prediction, Florida--big.

After the game, Okie and I were outside the stadium among a throng of UGA parents, all yelling, "We want Tebow! We want Tebow!"

We both commented that they better be careful what they ask for...

 

everyone sees the one game UF played against us (almost perfect) and our ineptness against UGA. both are good teams and both will be ready to play.


the swamp will make the difference but its going to be closer than I originally thought.

A lot of people are placing a large amount of faith in Florida... But they lost to Ole Miss. I feel the exact same way about USC.

I don't know if Georgia can actually win this game, but it would not surprise me. I don't think Florida is as good as advertised (which should give you insight into how good I think LSU is).
