I hated that loss. The 3 picks sucked ass and defense shit the bed.
    Now on a positive note.
    1) We did score 24 PTs in the 2nd half and held them to 10.
    2) this game just refreshed an old rivalry. Over 100 years.
    3) they have our magnolia bowl trophy and I want it back.
    4) LSU is now wounded and playing for their season. Just like ole piss was Saturday night.

    are you high.

The defense played well in the first half, 10-0.
If he doesnt throw those picks, being impatient and hurt at the same time, we win the game.

Lil to no pressure on BW makes a world of diff. He is a prick and when pressured wilts and makes manning face. Note the DEs taking the long way around to pressure pocket leaving him a nice crease to pick up yards.

The frustrating part of all of this is that Wallace didn't look fleet of foot to me. On that 3rd and six during their GW drive, one of our defenders had him, but he was able to scramble for first down. Then later on they convert a 3rd and nine. The defense couldn't get off the field. This also contributed.

The picks... 2 were in the end zone and all were thrown forced to a double-covered odb... Overall, he just didn't have a good game throwing the ball...

So if Les Miles was a raging lunatic, or lugeing rageatic, like Muschamp or Saban, Mettenberger wouldnt have thrown those pics, and LSU would have crushed Ole Miss? I seem to remember LSU barely beating Ole Miss in 2003 with that stellar D. In fact think we won because of a missed FG. Imagine that.

    I dunno.

To me, its different when you play well and lose vs play like shit and still lose.

I was OK with the UGA loss. Even though the D stunk, I was OK in that its a young D and it was a strong UGA O. Ole Miss is not near "that" UGA level and we cannot tackle to save our lives.

Tackling has been a big problem of recent memory and so have "late game decisions".

Some act like a loss is not acceptable. That is not me. I am OK with them. Its the way this team is coached that perturbs me.

Sometimes its great and others it looks as if Miles smoked a bowl before the game and then ate the rest at half time.
