i don' t know how many beers abita has officially made, but i know i like them all with the exception of two: the jockamo ipa and the satsuma wheat.

i wasn't wild about the pecan harvest but i'd drink it. but hey when you step up to the plate as many times as abita has you;re allowed a couple of strikeouts. i know people that really like the ipa but most everyone panned the satsuma.

well to start the game i go for a quick bud light--- i may sneak in a bud light lime---- then as the game develops-- i will go to a hogarden and then wash it down with a blue moon---- then id we are winning or losing i could go many ways-- if we are winning i continue with the good and expensive stuff0 like duvel if we are losing then maybe bud light or a pacifico or some type of dos x or something--- basically the momentum and score dictate my next beer------ if we are getting butts kicked i switch to crown reserve and 7up or scotch and straight up plan my night of beating the wife and prepping to go to jail.

But did you eve have K & B beer ? Purple and white cans !

K&B had many of its own private label items, including its own liquor label, and for a time a brand of beer.

TX has the most retard liquor laws. You can't by any hard alcohol after 9pm. Seriously? I don't even know if I want alcohol before 9 usually.

Beatification is a 100% spontaneously fermented beer using the oldest barrels that no longer have any wine flavor or oak flavor left in them. However, a cocktail of "bugs and critters"(Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus & other wild yeast & bacteria.) remains in the barrel. This isn't the only place where the beer picks up its ability to ferment, before the unfermented beer heads into the oak barrels, the beer has already sat "horny" and picked up many other wild yeasts to start its life towards a true, spontaneously fermented beer.
