I barely have time to read this board much less read another. I'm just wondering from some of you forum studs, what is the general tone of the Bama fans over on their boards? Are they worried? Cocky?
I think they're still saying the usual - we didn't win the game, they lost it. They think they will prevail on the 9th. Their overconfidence will be their undo-ing.
All Bama fans I know are 100% sure their team will win easily. Usual "LSU didnt win, Bama lost that game" etc Pretty much the same thing the Bama team is saying, that they are better than LSU, that in the first game they lost it LSU didnt win it. Etc. All stuff I hope our team is reading each day
Same old ****. LSU was lucky to win on Nov 5. The better team lost. Bama didn't finish, whatever that means. Who knew that a Bama victory on Nov 5 was something as simple as just "finishing". Gotta love vague, sports bullchit psychology that young, dumb athletes buy into. "Oh yeah, we just gotta finish." Ask Saban what exactly "finishing" entails and he wouldn't know what that means. "Finishing" is difficult when you're dragging ass and sucking wind in the 4th quarter and your opponent is bashing you in the face. Bama didn't "finish" because LSU stopped them from finishing.
They are confident, but they know LSU is going to be a handful. They worry a bit about the LSU defense, but they underestimate the LSU offense. Many of them are wary of Jefferson's running ability but seem to think that LSU cannot pass the ball. They have great respect for Wings punting ability. Most by far seem to think that Bama beat itself in November and that could never happen again. A few seem to realize that LSU also came away with field goals that should have been touchdowns and that is unlikely to happen again either. They all seem to think that the hold by Mathieu on Kirkpatrick was a personal foul that rated ejection from the game and expulsion from the league. They have total amnesia of the cheap shot late hit on Lee. :angryfire I would say that compared to 2009, Alabama fans are less confident that they will win this one.
Loved it:rofl:. Exactly what LSU has been doing to every team this year. Our OL has been hitting everyone in the mouth. By the 2nd half, they're tired of being pounded on.
This is a read..........some may enjoy...... 2012 Alabama Football Schedule: Nick Saban and Crimson Tide Are Doomed Next Year | Bleacher Report I did like this quote.......
First time around I thought LSU would dominate and win handily. But Lee had his worst game in over a year and I dont think it was just the Bama defense. This time I think LSU will win big because they are flat out more talented and deep and played a tougher schedule. Doubt we'll see such poor production from the QB position again. Still think Ok. St deserved a shot over Bama though.
The fans do not play the game, the players play the game. The coach coaches the game and we all know who has the best COACH. I hope the dome is not flooded by bama tears but LSU all the way.
