I believe he's referring to Dontae Williams.

Let's hope we get one before we starting feeling entitled to both. I'm not sure Williams is enough of a bruiser that you could sell them on a "thunder & lightning" pairing. I guess we'll see.

I gotta say.. it's a great thing when your only real need is at running back.

We need a bruiser at RB. Storm Johnson or Dontae Williams if I could have it my way. They aren't 'bruisers' but they're pretty big backs. Probably end up mid 220-230.

I don't follow your logic. Crowton wants to use the TE... and we need a replacement for Dickson.

Unfortunately, we don't have a plethora of great ones to choose from in LA next year. Do you have anyone in mind that you think we will get other than Lache or is it too early?

Im no expert on this but I think it is to early to think about who we will take because we are still not guaranteed anything. Lache definately but we also need a bruising type of runner.

It shouldn't be difficult finding a elite tier RB to join our ranks.. not with our depth chart being so favorable next season.

u dont follow my logic...Im from north louisiana used to go to la tech games back when crowton had them ripping everybosy including nebraska apart....My point is the tight end is and was not an intricate part of his offense.....reference his time at BYU and Oregon were all his offenses led the nation except here at LSU were he seems to be handicapped bye Miles.

Miles wants us to run a myriad of different sets. Some power running, option, spread, ace, 5-wide..

I would hate for us to change that.

I've heard of one La RB that might merit a scholie, but can't remember his name. IMO, it's too early to tell on most prospects right now. We'll know a whole lot more after summer camps.

I like the little film I've seen of Williams, and of course Lache is the big one.

James Gillum out of Pearl River is the guy you mentioned.
