These are scary times. If Russia explodes a nuclear plant and that radiation infests Eastern Europe then we're going to have World War III. An irrational idiot like Vladimir Putin might then decide to end the world.

Our nuke system doesn’t work like that because we are a free country and there are many checks and balances to utilizing not only military strikes, but arming nukes. That is not the same as Russia. I hope that clears the confusion up for you. You can stop with the fallacy. It’s not a possible scenario. Trump couldn’t order a nuke strike any easier than drooling Joe can.
