That would be a resounding NO Now let's take Russia, what does Ukraine mean to them? Ukraine poses more of a threat to Russia than literally anyone else on the planet. The significance of Kiev cannot be lost here. So if a country with ~6000 nukes wants its land back it just might be best to stay out of it and protect our own southern border instead.
