What's depressing is how irrational some fans are about this LSU squad. Beat Florida. Beat Bama. SEC Title. National championship. That's really nuts. LSU is a good team who will get better throughout the year, but they have only a slim shot of upsetting Florida. And even if they do beat the Gators, it won't be because they are the better, more complete team. Right now, LSU is weak in the trenches on both sides of the ball, and their offense is led by a talented QB who needs a ton more experience. That's why LSU will not be champions this season.
Agree, we are gonna here some stupid chit regardless. The only way we dont here jack, is if we blow them out completely......but I do not see that happening, unfortunately.

Great minds think alike, I thought of that too. But don't count the Rebels out, they might upset Bama.
Saban has only lost once to Ole Miss, but he has never beaten them by more than 11 points. For some reason Ole Miss has always played Saban tough.
No doubt I'll be cheering and drinking and cussing and eating and cheering some more with the best of 'em on Saturday night! :geauxtige
A win over the Gators means we're truely among the top 3 in the nation, and we've made strides since the UW game. It means confidence on both sides of the ball and it means a spark our team can ride a long long way... An LSU win and imo we move up to #2... behind Bama. Of course a win and we play the rest of the games with a huge bullseye on our backs.
