Not due to the Bama defense as much as due to the fact that Snead suddenly seems unable to complete a five yard pass. Remember Vandy and SC held him pretty much in check too. Had he played anywhere close to how he did last year, Bama would have dropped. Yes, Bama's defense is good but maybe not as good as you think.
