Great move by West Virginia. It took Nebraska four years to take the interim tag off Pelini. (where is that sarcasm icon...):grin:
And, more importantly for WV fans, this new coach wasn't a very good, succcesful head coach in his previous stint. Something like a 8-25 record. It just seems like an overreaction because of one good game to name him the coach. Before this game, I don't recall him being seriously considered for the job.
I might be confused with another school...but wasnt Terry Bowden VERY interested in the WVU position??? Seems more logical of a choice...dunno....maybe it was a $$$ issue
