    He spent many years in the SEC as a Coordinator. And beat 12-1 Auburn to go 14-0 & win the National Championship.

    Might not even finish #3 in recruiting, but the talent is there. The Rivals / 247 people like to create "Drama", so they move most of the players down when the commit or sign. Get keep Dem subscriptions comin'

    Jus messin with ya. It's all development but I would rather be in position to develop a bunch of 5 stars than a bunch of 4 stars. However have seen many 2 and 3 stars become superstars. Do the names Ledamian Tomlinson or Drew Brees ring a bell?

    Now there is confusion were to send the 2007 NC Trophy? Thought it was all Sabans. Maybe the other half should go to to Jimbo?

    The OP is entirely correct.

    Nobody wanted Orgeron, so why did we pay him like he was the hottest coaching commodity on the market?

    Orgeron would have taken $2 million a year for 4 years with nothing guaranteed beyond 1 year.
