You are obviously going to get bashed but you are correct. This is a below average Miss St. team (even by their standards) that but for their own ineptitude came 4 inches from beating us. We have some of the best athletes in the entire nation. Maybe LSU is just unlucky. It cannot be poor coaching and play calling. Impossible. :nope: One great positive is that the passing game looked much better toady. It was probably by default because of inability to run the ball, but they did a great job through the air. Not becasue Miss St. defense sucked but because the Tigers are so well coached. Yes, I know a win is a win and I'm happy that they won, but this is a horrible excuse for LSU football that I saw played today. I'll await the excuses that I know will be forthcoming from the apologists.
