I think you'd love a game at Autzen. Not quite the tailgating experience that you folks in the SEC put on...ya'll are serious! I went to the Oklahoma game in Norman a few years ago, and they were no joke as well. They start on Thursday over there! I heard SEC schools are along those lines! Man, I can barely get through one day! But watching the Harley lead the team onto the field is a great experience! And the fans standing for the whole game is nuts. I had an SC fan sitting next to me once, and he was stunned that we stood the whole time. He was hurting by the 3rd quarter! Lazy Californian!
Funny thing. One year, Oregon got a 15 yard penalty pre-game because the refs thought the Harley buzzed them to close. Sad, sad, Pac-10 officials!
Yea, not a whole lot of "donut eaters" can make it a full game at Autzen. If they are couch potatoes they should stay on the couch. Come to Autzen bring shoes you can stand in for a few hours. Damn I love that place. :thumb:
Hello Tigers... Looking forward to a tough battle come Sept. 3rd. I will be there, hoping to see a lot of the LSU fans I saw last year in Nashville TN (you guys were playing Vandy when we were playing Tenn). You guys were nothing but hospitable to us down there, and I am looking forward to crossing paths with you again in Arlington and maybe sampling some of your famous tailgate food!
