Well although I guess I am happy about coach O, I still think Steele was not a hire LSU should have made. Coach O would have come anyway. But frankly what do I really know. I guess I can hope they maintain the excellence of our defense. I guess for me. Unless either of those coaches have the ability to recruit a QB immediatly I am nervous about future success. Lets be honest our Defense was never the problem. It was offense. We have not made a single change on that side of the ball (yet). So if Steele and Coach O keep us at par or slightly improve (Hard to do that) great. But we can hold a team to 10 but can only score 3 we could have the Cincinnati bengals defense and still be looking up at the likes of Bama, now Arkansas and others.
Yea, I thought about our offense watching that presser. Let's hope some of that enthusiasm rubs off on the offensive staff and players.
And Les needs to tell O he has one more duty on Saturday nights. Have a pregame pep talk with Mike and get his ass in Tiger Stadium. There's no doubt in my mind Ed can make it happen.
