Amen! !! I'm really excited about Coach O!! I'm a Bayou boy myself and SL grad. I'm also looking forward to seeing Beckwith and Garrett under the coaching of Steele.

I will give Steele the benefit to prove himself. Miles has done a good job in bringing in coaches. Steele is a Tiger, time to welcome him.

    Geaux Tigers, Geaux LSU!!!

Also the DL will no doubt improve under Coach O.

Hunter could have really improved had he stayed.

The hiring of Coach O is the best thing that has happened to LSU since Leonard Fournette committed to play for the tigers. I believe this will be an immediate change. Coach O brings that swagger we have lacked since the Honey Badger played. Coach O doesn't give a DAMN what people think and he will have not only the D line HYPE, but the entire defense will feed off him from the sideline. GEAUX DAMN TIGERS IS IT FOOTBALL SEASON YET???

Couldn't agree more. Expectations have to be realistic. But, if all of these guys live up to their billing then it should be a little tougher uphill battle for those coming into the state hoping to steal from our talent rich pool.

It will be very interesting to see how Coach O fits into the team. It could be good for CLM to have a guy like O who brings a ton of energy, is thrilled to be at his dream job and doesn't sit quietly because someone wants him to do so. That could be a double edged sword, but it could be a lot of fun to watch.

Interesting, a DC not many people too excited about and a DL coach whom tonight could be elected governor.
    The dichotomy is fascinating.

I got to see most of the presser introducing the new coaches.
Pleasantly surprised. Les was actually coherent and in good spirits. I'm kidding. I'm kidding.
I love O's enthusiasm. I think he's a hell of a hire and will make a positive difference in DL play and recruiting.
I was also impressed by Steele and his remarks.
