Weis has been a failure in the NCAA, settling for the HC job at Kansas shows just how far his stock has fallen. If I were the Kansas AD I'd rather hire a young up and comer rather than someone living of the glory years of his distant past. If he couldn't win with the facilities, money and recruiting base at ND what makes them think he can do better at Kansas?
