Outside of Washington Huskies, I think our out of conference schedule is too weak. Why are we scheduling N. Texas, Idaho, and Towson? I look forward to the day that the formula works against schools like us for scheduling these teams. I personally would much rather see us playing much stronger caliber teams in our out of conference schedule. What do you think?

    I agree. I loved last year's schedule.

Let the Ohio State's of the world keep playing Kent, East Toledo, etc.

I want to see the Tigers devour real meat.

Tell that to Florida. Gators down 7-0 to Bowling Green at the start of the 2nd quarter. :D

I agree also, I wish there were one more big out of conference game. Like maybe against Clemson, or Florida State or something.

Well, we are feeling a bit out of the spotlight: look where we were this time last year: in JerryWorld, getting ready to take on GiantDuckFans' Oregon! In a prime time national slot!

Instead, Bama gets to do the SEC stomp on Michigan--same slot! (While we 'entertain' our guests from N. Texas).

How do these schedules come together, anyway?

Yeah, and get ready for ESPN to diss our achievement with the "Body of Work" argument. LSU cannot catch a fair wind from the blowhards at ESPN.

We only do this every few years.

Nothing to get bent over about. LSU always hosts goods teams every few years. That is more than acceptable.

It has been a little hard to get fired up for this season with the early schedule we have - not like last year with the slate from hell. But as of this morning, it's here and it's on! I don't care who we play, just beat the snot out of them all, Geaux Tigers!
