Look all I am getting at with E is he has had only ONE THAT'S ONE full year at LSU as the official not interim OC. LSU went an unexpected 10-3 and #6 in the final polls in spite of not my made up issues on offense but real documemted issues on offense. Yet there are a pack of jackals here hell bent on destroying this good loyal LSU loving coach. Nobody especially the jackals knows what he can do with an offense with all the pieces in place like we I think will see next season, do you? Until he proves me wrong this forum will have to live with one less jackal.
I’m not an E hater, but it’s selling the same dream we’ve been sold for a decade. Until he does it I’m lukewarm and going to wait to see. And O is right there with him.
What's comical is he gives Aranda zero credit for this unexpected 10-3 season. Not 50. Not 49, but zero. In reality, its kinda like 98%. He allows his unhealthy infatuation with Easy E to cloud his judgement.
An analogy, if you will. You're interviewing a prospective employee and you start looking back at his resume. What you find is experience, but it was also a dismal failure. While putting that in the "con's" column you start interviewing people who have worked with him previously. One fellow employee mentions "he was the worst employee on our staff." Now, are you going to give him another chance or are you going to rely on over a decade's worth of verifiable employment history? I've seen what he can do with an offense and position groups for over a decade. I've spoken with former coaches who said "he was the worst coach on our staff." I've spoken with rival coaches—and I'm not talking about my alma mater here—who voiced the same opinion. And, I've been able to judge his work through my own eyes (as unqualified as they may be.) Is it logical to look at one's resume and conclude he's not equipped for the job?
