No, I’m not the one crying dumbass, you are. Don’t pick then cry like a pussy- like you have a strong tendency to do. I’m not going to continue arguing like a 4th grader.
No I didn't. But got to dress out on 4 different occasions. I was a WR on a wishbone offense not much opportunity for a walk on to play ahead of scholarship WR who weren't getting enough playing time anyway. Coach Roy and coach Faulkinberry liked my tenacity they said and kept me around on the squad. I did have the most catches in a full contact 1 hour scrimmage once. I also volunteered to help in the film sessions watching how to breakdown film which is where I really started to really understand football. Gave it up in 1973. Coaching change was coming with Augie Tammariello and he was a big time let's bring in the JUCO's plus wanted to save my knees for skiing, a good decision. My best friend that walked on with me Lou Hebert wound up on the coaching staff as a kicking coach for none other than Nelson Stokely, name ring a bell?
What was your height & weight? I walked on at LSU for a couple of non contact work outs. I was 5' 11" & weighed 165 pounds. It didn't take long to realize I was in over my head.
