Yeah....True. So, with that said, I'm not gonna say "screw him then", but I'm not going to say, "well, good for him. I'm happy for him." because, as a rabid LSU fan, I'm not happy... But I'll instead focus on the 2 solid cornerbacks that ARE coming here: Perrish Cox and Teague. We're still gonna be just fine.
I'll do it for you. SCREW HIM! :hihi: Sorry, I just cant help it. Those we dont get, I hope fail miserably, especially a guy like this. Fug him. :cuss:
Some people understand the long-term ramifications of illegitimacy and single-parent households. We find the damage done to the kids more offensive than anything that might be contained in a "judgemental" statement.
If you're one of these people, you must be really super. I wish I could understand such complicated concepts. I also wish I could understand that I should pass judgment when I don't necessarily know all of the facts.
I dont wish eugene bad for committing to Mich. . He has to do what is best for him . I just wish that Louisiana kids had the loyalty to LSU that i have and if givin the chance i would have signed with LSU in a second. I guess eugene wasnt an LSU fan and thinks his life is better served in Mich. . He might do a Hawkins and decide once he isnt givin all the attention that he doesnt like it. The grass is not always greener and he might find that out. Who knows. But what we do know is he doesnt want to become a Tiger so forget him and lets be happy with the players that do want to be Tigers. The ones smart enough to know the best place to play football in the world.
You are a bigger man than I. If it was some kid from another state that was considering several out of state schools and he picked someone else, I wouldnt feel the same way. This kid is from LA though and to me thats different. What makes it worse is somehow Michigan comes out of nowhere (wasnt it down to Thug-U and us just a week or so ago?) and takes a Louisiana kid to of all places freakin Meechigan. I always hate seeing Louisiana kids that we are recruiting go out of state. Its one of my biggest dissapointments in the recruiting game.
You guys make it seem as though Jai is a bad person for leaving LA to go to an out of state school. I'm disappointed that we didn't get him, but that just isn't the case. I certainly don't think the guys we got from Stone Mountain, Georgia and Miami are bad people just because they came here. Not everyone feels so strongly about LSU as we do. For many of us, either we graduated or are attending LSU, or we have family that went there. Many of these athletes don't have that connection to the university. He's a great athlete, and I wish he was coming here, but let's not turn this into more than what it is. The kid is doing what he thinks is best for himself. Good luck to him...unless Michigan is playing LSU in a bowl game:yelwink2: .
