Thank goodness We will need this against the SEC to supplement what appears to be an offense that will have its struggles this year at times
i didn't know he was lost! Trindon looked really great. Will make a lot of teams kick out of bounds in the future.ldskule:
Well he was only returning kickoffs before tonite. I am NOT referring to kickoff returns. He ran back 2 punts, 1 more 92 yards and a TD and another for 59 yards. Chad Jones just wasn't cutting it.
Oh yeah - that's right. He was on kick offs only.....my mistake. And I guess you're right - he's "found"! ldskule:
Trindon needs to get as many touches as possible. I am glad the coaching staff has finally come to that conclusion, or at least put into motion an actual gameplan that does just that.
been saying this for two years and even more since jones has been returning. he runs too upright. if you can catch a kickoff you can catch a punt. its not all that difficult. you take the risk when hes as explosive as TH. cant worry about him getting hurt. never play scared.
In a game that looks to be tough and tight and a defensive battle vs Auburn yet again, a punt return to set up a short field or even a TD return could very well decide the game we need other weapons than just our running game
