Mash that link and don't even bother reading, just go down and look at the sheer number of times this guy has been in the news in a negative way. Why would anyone waste a single brain cell on the prospect of having this a$$clown as a representative of LSU?

I agree there's no way LSU! should have Bobby Knight as a basketball coach right now. Back in the late 80s/early 90s, eh, maybe, but I can't say that I ever liked his style. Of course, back in the day, Daddy Dale was known to throw his own tantrums on the sidelines. I don't remember the year, but I vividly recall CDB kicking his jacket while playing at Rupp and having it land perfectly in the middle of the court covering up the UK logo. :hihi:

As far as Spurrier goes, I'm ultimately glad he didn't end up at  but from the way I heard the story he may well have had a right to have been pi$$ed at LSU! all these years.

How about the time Coach Brown and Rick Pitino going at each other and the players/officials having to split them up? "Street talk" he called it.

If I remember correctly we had a 10-12 point lead in that game with about 5 minutes left and Brown decides to go into sort of a stall offense and let them back in the game.
I remember Irvin missing that free throw but if Brown let's them play those final minutes no way we lose.
