In the SEC, Auburn is #9 in total defense (368 yards), #8 in scoring defense (24 points), and #11 in passing defense (266 yards).

We can throw on these boys.

I think even Les realizes he has to play Lee. The question is, is he going to sacrifice scoring drives just to protect JJ's psyche?

Every series that JJ is in, is one less opportunity for us to score.

    Yeah, that's SEC numbers lol.

Nationally, they are 63rd in total defense, 63rd in scoring defense, and 76th in passing defense.

They give up like 20 more yards per game passing than we do overall.

maybe jefferson is still playing because the coaching staff is scared that if Lee plays 100% of the time he has a greater chance to get injured, and if he does, you can kiss an SEC championship goodbye.

Gosh I hope Lee starts and gets most of the reps from here on out.

I don't mind JJ playing, as long as we use him correctly. I don't want JJ throwing 12+ times a game. I like him running for 3 or 4 yards, and I like him rolling out.

It should be obvious to the coaches, we move the ball a lot better, and score more points with Lee in the game.

Nothing to game plan for with JJ at QB. His value in the running game has been wildly overstated as of late, and pales in comparison to the advantage in the running game that JL gives you (i.e. a non-stacked box).

Hard to imagine there's anything left to protect. With his putrid performance this year, his psyche may be completely obliterated by this point. If his play is any reflection, then I'd say it is.

The coaching staff could not have handled the QB situation any worse.

when he is getting sacked by McNeese for holding on to the ball for too long, he probably should never throw a pass again, unless it's a trick play, or Lee gets hurt.
