Look at those numbers in the sixties and mid-seventies ... The mid seventies were a tough time when we played Bama ... The great defense of 69 & 70 was gone and so were those back-to-back wins!

Aside from the 20's ... Almost 100 years ago ... the sixties and seventies were the dominant Bama era of Bear Bryant who fielded "PAY FOR PLAY" teams and violated every NCAA rule he could. I give a cheater like Bear zero credit!

LSU won only one game in each decade with a back-to-back 69 & 70 when we arguably had the best team in America!

The 40's, 50's and 80's were a push ... about even with several ties

The 90's saw a return of Bama domination ... 8 - 2 :angryfire

From 1965 to 1999, I attended every LSU vs. Bama game ... The SHOW was 8 wins ... 26 losses ... 1 tie in that time (25% wins)

They were finally paid back this last decade ... 7 - 3

5 in a row was sweet ... BAMA fears dat SHOE:hihi:

But they have that big excuse of probation ... payback for those decades of being the filthiest of the filthy in College Football Pay for Play

Since 1980, including a farewell bitch-slap to the Bear in 1982, we're an even split with these Monkeys! Since 1992 and the corralling of dirty SEC ball, we're 11-9 ahead of 'em with the SEC in 2 Divisions!

Summary (Cliff Notes): Since BEAR Croaked ... We're now 15 - 14 - 1 favoring LSU over the last 30 years ... And they can't stand it! Here's a headline ... The Bear ain't comin' back and the Lil Bear who ain't cuttin' the mustard is likely headed to Texas while all the rest of their coaches jump ship and cash in :hihi:

These last two wins are good, but they're not good enough because they didn't smash Bama's teeth in ... I wanna see the Crimson and the spit fly after we beat their azzes ... I wanna see them in quantity hauled off the field in stretchers ... I wanna see them start laying down and losing "THE WEEK AFTER LSU" this next fall when we hand them their azzes in BR!

We need to somehow find the throttle and turn it up and pour it on these bastards and humiliate their azzes in front of America in that DOME ...

As far as revising history, from reading your posts, I would have to assume that the LSU football team would be 1110-0 if it weren't for the fact that every team that beat you either payed for their players, payed off the refs, or committed some other form of larceny. Your team stands in singular distinction in that it has never lost a game that was played on a level field.
