The intent of my thread was not designed to start a big ol debate about the product on the field this season. Hence, my remark of disappointing season. I would have to be blind to think that this is the BEST team production happening on the field. What my point is, is that I still believe the being a Tiger fan at any cost is the best, and I would rather be a Tiger fan than a fan of any other team. For those of you that get it, thanks its nice to know that there are others that take pride in their school, no matter what. For those who can't see the forest through trees, you can decide to show your pride or be a miserable cuss, the choice is yours. Wait your remarks already show your decision.

Correct. He didn't mean 'best' like we're a national championship team, he meant 'best' like, no matter what, LSU is still his favorite team no matter what their record is and he's still proud to be a fan regardless. Either you get the meaning of his post or you don't. And there's alot of people who just don't get it. The only part I disagree with is when is says LSU has the best fans. I disagree with that. Most passionate? Definitely, because passion can be positive and negative. Best fans? Far from it.

Yours show an ineptness to communicate your point...or maybe my ineptness in getting it. There's a lot of difference between those two sentences so my apology if I didn't get your point. Just didn't connect the dots with the "Best damn football team" meaning "being a Tiger fan at any cost is the best and I would rather be a Tiger fan".
