This probably belongs in the pro sports forum, but I figured it might get lost over there, and DB deserves better for the season he is having. Plus, LSU fans could use a little something to savor after a disappointing weekend.

Dwayne Bowe is having a monster year. Three TDs Sunday give him a league leading 14 for the season (a Kansas City Chiefs record) to go with 885 yards (fifth best in the league). Over his last seven games, he's got 733 yards and 13 TDs!

He's one of the most dominant forces in the NFL right now, and surely headed to his first Pro Bowl (barring injury, knock=>wood).

Unfortunately, Peterson will be gone by the time Kansas City gets their pick.

Maybe he can refer Terrence Toliver to his eye specialist.

He has made what was a very conservative and boring (and sometimes quite inept) offense into a mini-juggernaut.

When he decides he wants to play, he is a top tier or near elite WR in this league. But that is the problem, you never know what Dwayne Bowe you are going to get.

I was a big fan of his before I was even an LSU fan(actually bought his jersey his rookie year). If he can just focus on being the best he can be, he will be an all star. If he can maintain that over his career, he can be a hall of famer. He's got a ton of talent. At times on Sunday, he was pretty much unstoppable against Seattle.

Peterson wouldn't be much of a help to the Chiefs. They have Javier Arenas and Dexter McCluster returning kicks, and although they are from rivals, they are really good players. Brandon Carr and Brandon Flowers are both really good at the corner positions, so there's no spot there for him.

Drake Nevis, however, would make it 3 LSU players on the D line if he were to be drafted and become a starter(as Dorsey and Jackson are the ends).

If Nevis is drafted to KC that just may be the thing that kills Jason Whitlock, and we will never hear from him again. I hope it is so.....

Wow, had no idea that Glenn Dorsey was a defensive end.
