I have a cousin who played for Bear Bryant. I told him I just didn't get the SEC...SEC...SEC... bandwagon crap. I told him I pull against alabama regardless of who they play and thoroughly enjoy having alabama fans crying and he said he understood - he felt the same way about LSU and every other SEC team.
Is Alabama the only place on Earth you can A) order a ref to call a first down on a 4th and 3 play and B) call for a review of a call that went against you after your opponent has clearly snapped and ran the next play? It's definitely the first time I have seen the next play snapped and ran to completion only for the refs to chime in and say that on second thought we're going to go ahead and review the previous play, even though you snapped it before we could make up our mind. Good luck beating the refs Auburn.
I agree offensively, but not defensively. LSU is an A lister D, Bama A listers, Florida A Listers, Auburn is like Bruce Campbell, solid B lister but not quite A list. It would be interesting to see GM with LSU's O but, vomit, i hate that gimmick shit. But how bout that shit, the play happened and then the SEC refs buzz down and say they were buzzed. Now, I said I wasn't watching it and I'm not, I've been relegated to doobie patrol in my car. These Auburn commentators on the radio are cracking me the fuck up. They are insinuating cheating pretty hard. Fun stuff.
The ref marking the spot on the Bama 4th and 3 play waves his arms for a 1st down BEFORE placing the ball down. l shit you not. It happened near the Bama sideline, of course.
Everyone needs to thoroughly enjoy a team putting up what looks like 600+ yards on shorty doo wop's defense.
