So, this is how the other half feels. It's been a ride of expectations fulfilled these past several seasons. So not going to do anything drastic, like sell off my Bear Bryant 315 wins coke cola bottles. Just felt with this team, youth plus schedule plus SEC bulls-eye, not getting away unscathed. Going to be interesting to see where we go from here, but I think we will get better, but we shall see who we be.

Man I watched that game. The Gamecocks played a hell of a football game. No shame in losing a hard fought, well coached, well played road SEC game and coming up short against an effort like that. Garcia morphed into Peyton Manning for a day. He was nearly perfect.

This. Credit is due to SC for showing up and playing ball. Not much to complain, really. Somebody's gotta lose. Just glad it was Bama.

perfect trap game for bama. @ r-kansas, Umeth, @thevisor.

they were flat from the beginning. heads hanging down all game on the bench.

    sc was sky high.

surprised they responded after the safety and fg however. they earned it.

Yep, this group not good enough to play a good SC team without their A game. As much as Bama was high flying it around the field against Florida, it was just as obvious, from the get go, the energy level wasn't there. Garcia played the game of his career, but man, sometimes his decisions are running about 5 seconds ahead of his brain. Pressure usually turns him into a turnover maniac, maybe we'll try that next time. They have a good back and great receivers, Florida may not get them this time, even in Gainesville.

lattimore runs with a desire you dont see all that often. hes special like ingram. he can take a lot of pressure off garcia although the obc is still going to wing it. seems like garcia has been there 5 yrs.

I dont look for Bama to repeat as the BCS champ. It is a slippery slope up at @ #1.

Well, the west is about to go at each other full bore. From here on out, each week a lot of questions about strengths and weaknesses will be answered. The Auburn and ArKansas game coming up may never end. A few at the top will have to choke on the bone. But Bama is sitting in a pretty good spot to watch what shacks down.
